New well equipped apartment with a view to a river and near the medieval fortress. Good location. Friendly host.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was extremely clean!! The mattress super comfortable! Stefan was an excellent host! He answered all our questions and helped in everything we needed. The baby cot had an extra matress and our baby slept through the night! The blankets were freshly cleaned and smelled wonderful! Also, it was very close to the fortress and the Christmas market and we didn't have to move the car from the parking. Moreover, the parking was in a private yard. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will surely come back in the future! Thank you Stefan!

We chose Hany Suites because of its great location. It is about a 10 minute walk to the fortress and around a 20 minute walk to Timber Alley. The property has its own parking lot, which is a big plus. The building is new and offers solid, well maintained facilities. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and feel very cozy. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. Stefan is a great host, helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall a very pleasant stay and a place we would happily return to.

“Great location close to the fortress”

Very well located close to the central pedestrian part and the Nis fortress. The property offers some parking spots in an internal yeard, which is a great advantage. The appartnemt was very clean, well heated and well equiped and the host was really friendly, flexible and welcoming, he advised us on places to eat as well.

Perfect accomodation with big room, very good location. It was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking inside.

“Excellent transfer accommodation”

We were scared at first when we saw the area, but the accommodation was just like in the pictures. A newly built house among the old ones. We took two rooms. The rooms in the "apartment with terrace" were quite large but the bathroom was very, very small. The bathroom in the studio apartment was much larger. The booking and key collection went smoothly. The host was very nice and we were able to pay in euros. The rooms are clean. Parking was free in a closed parking lot. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Unfortunately the other tenants were quite loud but overall it was an affordable and quality transfer accommodation. I can recommend it because such good accommodation is rare in Nis.

This apartment is luxurious. We also had a parking spot inside a closed gate, easily accessible. Communication with the host was easy. The location was superb. Absolutely recommended.

“New apartment and equipment, worse care”

We were looking for accommodation on our way from the Czech Republic to Greece, so the priority for us was not the location, but the comfort to sleep well and safe parking in the yard. The house and room look dated and quite pleasant, but lack good care. The thing I really hate is when the waste in the shower doesn't drain. In this case it didn't leak at all. We had to remove the drain so our 8 year old son could shower and not stand in the water that came back from the drain. I dismantled the drain and it was pretty disgusting. Hair and total filth all over the wash down area. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Hairballs. The owner came in at that point, so we handed it straight over to him, so he somehow cleaned it with his hands and flushed it down the toilet, but it really did very little good. No need to mention the location, it's not really nice, but it's a solid exit to the highway. It should be remembered that it is not enough just to build and furnish the accommodation, but to keep it perfectly clean. And a clean bathroom and a working drain is absolutely essential for comfort and feeling good.

We are very satisfied. We stopped in transit. Great conditions, modern, comfortable bed, indoor parking closed, cameras outside the building and in the corridor, safe. Great contact with the owner. Right next to the bakery, we could buy fresh burek. Nearby are also very good restaurants with excellent food. We recommend!

The room is in a great location – very central and convenient. Everything was clean and nicely arranged. The hosts were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it!
