It was spacious and well equipped with a fridge, a kettle, a coat hanger, a TV, two swinging chairs, a coach and a small corner for breakfast with a table and two chairs. Definitely value for money.

The location is faboluous, it is in the very center of Nis and everything is reachable by foot. The apartment is clean and the host is great.

“Perfect location and lovely hosts!”
Vojkan and his wife were incredible hosts! I felt very welcomed and there was great flexibility on their end, e.g. regarding check-in time. The accomodation is in a perfect location - very central and in walking distance to most attractions. The street itself is in a green area, full with trees and a cute café close by for excellent breakfast. The room itself is cozy and with AC, which is especially helpful during hot summer days.

The nicest people welcome you to their Apartments to be be their honered guest here, The owner is a history teacher and will explain historical facts with a deep knowledge pertaining to the geographical area. The rooms are exactly as pictured,located smack dab in the epicenter of Nishville, you will enjoy a wonderful stay here.

“Central, quiet, helpful owner”
We stayed in the family room: clean, cozy, quiet, centrally located. The place is run by a very friendly owner who, when we asked him if he could store our luggage, offered us to keep the entire room instead, for several hours. I also can't emphasize enough how well placed the accommodation is: about 10 minutes walk from the central bus station, right in the centre of town, local buses to pretty much anywhere around the corner, and protected from street and traffic noise on top of that.

This property is called Epicenter as it's literally just across the road from the main sq. The room is really cosy and lovely. The location is right in the centre yet it's really quiet. This has been my favourite room on a 10 day road trip so far through Greece nd the Balkans. It's a lovely room. Owner is nice too but they leave you alone mostly unless you need help. All in all, I really recommend this place in Nis. It's a great price too and looks bigger and better than the photos Dave UK Ps really nice Burek place for breakfast outside the property.

“In the real center in Niš”
This accommodation has a total central location, it's perfect to reach everything within few minutes. As in all centers, parking can be tricky, but once we parked we did not have to use the car until we left. We spent there only 1 night, but it would be ideal for a bit longer stay, too - there is a small fridge in the room and enough space to store clothes or handwash items if necessary. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and their little dog is such a cute and friendly little doggy.
