“A great location and immaculately maintained property”
Location is great - the centre is about 300m, cafes, restaurants, public transport, kiosks, everything is within reach. The pictures are identical to the property, you won’t be disappointed. Natasa and Emilija are contactable at any time of day and welcoming. Natasa comes every week to make sure that your room is clean, replaces towels, etc.

Everything was great, the apartment is very comfortable and clean, located close to the city centre. There are all the essentials in the apartment, including the coffee machine. The host is very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed our staying there.

“An amazing location and a truly luxurious apartment stay”
I am truly unable to express my gratitude and the service provided. The host’s mother - Nataša - is truly a gem. She made sure that I arrived at the property, enjoyed my stay, told me not to rush on my last day, and even dropped me off at the airport. She was communicative and wanted to please me and with around my schedule wherever possible. It felt like I was staying with family and not in an apartment owned by someone I didn’t know. I would recommend staying here without a doubt, and an ahead planning my 2025 stay as I don’t want to miss out on availability at this property. Thank you Emilija and Nataša for such a pleasant stay!

The apartment is very big and close to the city center. It is fully equipped and very clean, tidy. The beds were comfortable. There are two supermarkets near the building. Parking was no problem. Our host was very helpful. Thank you for everything.

“Recommended stay in the heart of Nis”
Communication with the host was great, and finding the apartment then self-check in was easy. Big shower room and bedrooms. The apartment is full of amenities, which helps. A handy info pack for local sights and restaurants, etc. is provided. Only a short walk to the main centre of town and conveniently located to the bus station..

“Magnificent”
Very nice apartment that was done in Hotel style. Apartment has two balconies, and very nice located. Hosts clean every 3rd day, laundry is available and it is easy to book longer stay like we did. As a couple we enjoyed one more room extra space and was better feeling than in hotel.
