The place offers excellent value for money and is very conveniently located close to all the main attractions in the city. We were a group staying in 4 different rooms, and everyone shared the same positive opinion about the experience. Comfortable, well-located and definitely a place we would recommend.

A wonderful place to stay with a great location. Clean, spacious and comfortably furnished rooms. The hosts are very responsive and pleasant people. The location is in the central part of the city within walking distance of all attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

“Perfect Stay Near the City Center in Nis”

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the city center. Everything worked well, the host was helpful, and the apartment had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I’d gladly return.

We are a married couple on a road trip from Thessaloniki. Nis, was the last stop before going back home.We stayed there for one night. The apartment was 5 minutes (by foot) from the center. Really close. It was really clean and tidy. Everything was new in the apartment and it had a really beautiful decor. The most amazing thing about this room was the bed. We haven't sleep in a bed like this nowhere. It was a big and super comfy bed. We really enjoyed it and had a super great sleep and rest. It was the perfect ending to our road trip. The hostess was really kind and helpful with everything. We really like her. We parked our car on the packing spots in the street, for which you have to pay but it is really cheap.

The place is really neat and clean. It's close to the center but at the same time the location is quiet. The hosts are very friendly and will help you with any questions or topics you might have. The parking on the street is provided by the city and the payed hous in Nis are all the way until 9pm, however, the hosts took care of the parking fees which was extremely nice. P.S. Bonus points for the very nice cats that you can find in front of the place.

Everything was perfect! The hosts are warm and kind, the house felt like visiting long-lost relatives :) The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. And the location is ideal!

The accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures – clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. The location is great, close to the city center but in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

The guest house is located on a quiet street close to the center. The room is spacious and clean. Breackfast is not available. The hosts are kind and attentive. The problem is paying for the green parking area. Without their help, we wouldn't be able to cope. I would stay there again.
