Great location, very close to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely helpful and kept in touch with me from the time of booking. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was very very clean and cozy! I expected to be clean but not THAT clean! Also, the owner was very friendly, he helped us for the parking payment so it was easier for us. If you have any questions you can write to him at any time and he will respond immediately! The only sad thing is that it ended so fast! Perfect location, amazing owner, cozy apartment! What do you need more? Oh, almost forgot! The morning meetings with the cute Floki dog, his charm is endless!

“For one night it is cool”

The location is just a 7-minute walk from the Niš city centre. The hotel entrance required a password, which we only received via WhatsApp upon arrival; I would have preferred to have this information in advance. The patio had a nice seating area, and fortunately, there was also a power outlet where I could recharge my phone, which had died and was needed to access the entry code. The host was helpful and recommended good places to eat. We left the payment for them to collect the next day. The bathroom was spacious, and I especially loved the walk-in shower. The double bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows.

Greatly recommend this place! Very clean and comfy place to stay in Nis. Perfectly situated (2-3 min. from city center. The host was very helpfull and welcomed us very warmly. Suitable for motorcycle and bike travellers. Thank you Ivan abd we will visit you again for sure!

The host was incredibly helpful, helped us with paying for the parking, and was very responsive and friendly. The facility was super clean, it was freshly mopped. The design was great, great value, 3-4 min walk from the Main Street in the city leading towards the fortress.
