“One night in Nis”
We were very impressed with the apartment. The location could not have been better, so central. The gentleman who welcomed us was very helpful with restaurant ideas. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location on the central square of the city, close to everything - restaurants, cafes, shops, Niš Fortress. Good transport accessibility - the central bus station (where buses from the airport also stop) is within walking distance, less than 1 km. About 40-50m away there is a public transport stop on many city lines. The apartment is very clean, well furnished with everything you need, constant hot water in the bathroom. Our apartment also had a balcony overlooking the central square, with a table and chairs - an ideal place for coffee or breakfast. The owner is friendly, helpful. Communication with him is without a problem - he immediately responds to emails or phone calls. He provided us with a place to leave our luggage after check-out until our departure, and helped with the luggage up the stairs.

“Cozy , comfortable place to stay in nis”
The location is really really good , right besides Monument to the Liberators of Nis. Close to bus station, fortress & shopping street , restaurants & supermarket. The host is very nice. The apt is very cozy & the bed & sofa are very comfortable. I really appreciate the little welcome gift which is very sweet. Love the smell of the home amora and the shower get & shampoo.

Lovely apartment - good-looking, well maintained and comfortable. Ample space and handy kitchenette. Location is great and it was a very comfortable stay. Definitely staying there again if we come back to Nis!
