Placed minutes of walking distance from center of the town, very pleasant apartment with all necessary for short or longer satay. Apartment owner always ready to help and answer any questions.

“Excellent choice for a city break in Niš”
Central location (15 min to the city center on foot) and yet in a quiet street with minimal traffic. Well equipped kitchen, suitable for some light cooking, too. Clean. Shower gel and liquid soap supplied in the bathroom. Kind owner, ready to help you with all kinds of advices regarding Niš.

Great location! The apartament is in the city centre of Niš but in a very quiet place with a private car park. The host is very helpful. He recommended a great restaurant with amazing food just 2minutes walk from the apartament. The apartament itself is very clean, has comfortable bed, well-equipped. We highly recommend the apartament and the host.

I could park my car inside the courtyard, but If the host had wanted to drive out or if another guest had parked his car there, maybe it would not have been possible.

The apartment was close to the center but without noise, quite comfortable, even a coffee machine was available in the common space. Nothing extra fancy or cozy, but good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Also the inner yard was pleasant.
