Very friendly hosts, we arrived late but they've waited for us to show around and made the beds already. Location is very good minutes away from center. We parked our vehicle in to secure garage which put our minds at ease. Will stay again in the future.

Everything was PERFECT! The apartment is only 5 minutes to the centre. The owner was at the apartment and was switched on the air condition and the place was hot. We will visit this place again.

So clean and close to everything. We loved it and are going to come back!

We slept only for the night for a few hours, because our journey was long. The apartment was clean. The host was very nice and helpful woman, who waited for us to arrive, even it was too late at the night. Thank you!

We did a stopover during our long ride. Definetely worth 10/10 for this price. Clean and tidy flat. One couch which can be bed for 2 and a double bed in other room. Great host and great communication. very friendly, helpful and patient. We have checked in a bit late due to traffic and she was waiting for us in front of apartment in time. She is very flexible. We didnt know due to traffic or boarder crossings at what time we would check in . She first wants to know if you would check in late in the evening or afternoon. I texted our exact arrival time half an hour ago. Thank you very much for everything. Some extra information: An info for guests with car: door of underground garage is not closing due to malfunctioning and ramp at the entrance of garage is a bit steep especially one side and bottom of car is touching the ground. If you have a lower car, better be careful while driving down. Height of underground garage is 2mt or 2.20mt. Underground garage is 50mt away from flat. For guests intolerant to noices: It wasnt a big problem for me but passants can be a bit noisy sometimes

Apartament is very big and comfortable. Also its near to center. We got garage include in the price and personel is very nice an helpful.

Beautiful, clean and confortable appartement. Walking distance from city center. I would warmly recommend it and would definitely come back here if I would do another stop in Nis. We were happy it included also a private parking.

Excellent communication with the owners, their flexibility. We stayed in the apartment for two nights. On our way to Istanbul and back. We arrived late second time we stayed in it and the owners were really flexible and helpful. The location is excellent - downtown Nis. There are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants very close to the apartment.
