+very friendly hosts + super location close to main walking street + despite the central location quite surrounding and a very nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee + the flat is very clean and renovated, great value for money + shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were available

“The place to be in Niš”
Very good value for money, I booked the place 15min before checking-in because of an inconvenience in a previous booking in another hotel. The apartment was all clean and Marko made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The place is just a short walk to the center and around 10min away from the airport by car. I truly loved the place and felt right at home. I would definitely book again if I get to visit Niš again.

A very pleasant and nicely decorated place. Everything was clean and tidy, the apartment is really close to the center and the owner of the apartment was very nice and even helped me with the parking payments. Highly recommend

Marko is very polite and has offer to pick up me at the airport and take to the accommodation. He allow to had check-out later then the official check-out hour. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Excellent apartment with good repair. Everywhere is clean and cozy, thoughtful and maximally prepared for living. Very convenient location, close to the main street. The owner is very responsive, always ready to help and answer any question.

Nice location. Lovely apartment, very comfortable overall. Excellent bed. Host very friendly and helpful. We recommend this place. Insect screens for windows would be a great addition for hot nights.
