This was my second time staying at this Atour S hotel, and it's clear that it won't be my last. The assurance of a future return stems from my continued appreciation of their services and amenities. During this stay on the 15th floor, I encountered some issues with the toilet flushing system and the water pressure in the shower. However, the response from the hotel was prompt and considerate. The front desk staff took my concerns seriously and kindly offered a 'sorry gift bag' as a gesture of their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rest of my experience remained as delightful as my first visit. The consistent quality of service, combined with their attentiveness to guest feedback, assures me that Atour is a reliable choice for my future travels in Ningbo.
