Great to see all the kids activities and inclusivity. The army of cleaners and ground staff that cleaned the residential areas daily. Despite being a busy site, nature lovers will have a great time, especially in the wooded areas.

The place was nice, in the front of the sea, very calme. Food was okay.

It exceeded all expectations! One of the best vacations I had so far. It is so peaceful, and yet full of activities for both kids and adults - that it is almost impossible to not enjoy it. They thought of so many details that even if you forgot something at home - you might already have it in the apartment or buy in the local store. Amazing!

Everything, excellent location, very good buffet breakfast and dinner. So many great facilities. Excellent for families, couple, or even a group of friends. You have everything at the resort, private beach, shops, restaurants, and even a Doctor. Staff were exceptional, we highly recommend this place.

cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed for five days in May and paid €1,200, but the experience was a total catastrophe and delivered none of the value we expected. The main reason we chose this resort was the pool and water slides for our children. However, the property operates as if it were deep off-season: around 80% of the facilities were closed, which was not disclosed anywhere on the Booking.com listing. Even worse, the only pool and slides that were supposedly available outside of peak season were broken due to technical problems and completely unusable. This defeated the entire purpose of our family trip. The service approach was impossible to deal with. I went to the front desk and filed an official complaint, hoping to receive at least a partial refund considering how much we had paid and the complete failure of the main amenities. The staff were unwilling to talk and offered no help whatsoever. To add insult to injury, the hotel charges up to €40 per day for a set of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. If you do not pay this ridiculous fee, you are left with a tiny, crowded hard wooden deck where everyone is squeezed together. Guests are deliberately not allowed to lie on the grass nearby, which is clearly designed to force you into renting the overpriced loungers. The dining hall was completely overcrowded, and you had to arrive extremely early just to get the decent food. For example, fresh whole fish was gone within 30 minutes. Every single morning, the bread disappeared in stages: fresh baguettes were only available in the first 30 minutes, then plain rolls, and finally only toast bread at the end. Plain yogurt was served on the first day but never restocked during our stay, despite my daily requests. The only alternative was an overly sugary strawberry yogurt, and the staff simply could not manage to order the basic item guests actually wanted.

The apartment (Mara 22) was very neat and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.. The location of the appartment is just a few minutes away from the beach and the pools. Very friendly staff. Beautiful sunsets.
