The place is just great, it is even better than expected! The owners are very kind and helpful, we felt very welcome. The apartment feels like new, and is very comfortable, with large spaces, where our family could spend some time between visits to the beach. The rooms offer ample storage space for clothing and other items, there are storage closets, drawers, cabinets in each room, including the living room and hallway as well. The beds are comfortable as well. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully functional: gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which we found helpful, because our little kids often got their clothes dirty when playing or eating. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, we never heard loud music or people shouting during our one week stay. But the old town is just 5 minutes walk from there, literally at the end of the street. A nice bakery is even closer, so you can buy some fresh pastries for breakfast. You can park the car in the garden, which is a great plus, since the streets are narrow (do not try to leave your car on the curb in the city - we have seen several parking fines issued). Just a quick side note on location: Nin is just the right place to spend a family holiday! The place has it all: beautiful old town with many relics of the city's rich history dating back to the Middle Ages. In the evenings you can take a stroll in the old town, shop for souvenirs, visit museums (hey, they are open until 10pm!) or have dinner in one of the many restaurants. The beaches are close: there is one in the Northern part of the town, and there is of course the famous Queens Beach, just a kilometre from the apartment. It seems that the town had major construction works finished a couple years ago - many parking lots built, traffic organised, roads paved, etc., so I recommend to only read reviews dating 2024 or later. Have fun and enjoy yourselves! We will certainly return!

Our stay at the Dita apartment was very pleasant. The apartment provided everything we needed, with clean and well-furnished rooms, a spacious and functional kitchen, big fridge/freezer, near city centre, near seaside. Very clean and spacious. We were only with two but the appartement would sleep 4 adults and 2 kids. Nice view from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful owner.
