It has AC. You can park your car nearby. Any other good point? Mmmmmh Bed is sorta acceptable, not too bad, not too comfortable. You have a really small shelter so if it rains you are covered.

The accommodation was in very poor condition. Contrary to the description, there was no private bathroom, and parking was only available about 500 meters away, at the beach. The room door could not be locked because the lock was broken. The host’s behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. When we pointed out the problems, he shouted at us to “get out” and then offered us 100 euros to leave. Afterwards, he repeatedly harassed and mocked us, and even spoke badly about us to other guests. There was no hot water, the bed was propped up with wooden logs, and we did not receive any invoice for the payment. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Dalibor did go further than the booking required him to. He allowed me to check in early and to park on the premises. The availability of bikes, which were free to use, was also a great touch. The location is unbeatable: only a few minutes from the beach and a 20 min walk into Nin

Dallibor is, quite frankly, rude and unprofessional. From the very beginning, his attitude was arrogant and disrespectful, as if he were doing you a favor by letting you stay at his dump. The place itself is a complete mess — dirty, run-down, and nothing like what the photos suggest. Nothing works as it should. But the worst part? When I paid, he didn’t have €0.50 to give me as change, and with a straight face, told me he’d keep it because I arrived before the check-in time. Unbelievable. What kind of person does that? An absolute cheapskate. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Don’t waste your time or money here. There are hundreds of better options out there. This place and its host are a total disaster.

Very kind host, he waited for us late in night when we arrived because of bad weather and road condition. He was welcoming, communicative and hospitable. Very clean, very nice place.

“Horrible, don't stay there”

* I didn't like dealing with Dalibor, he's just a terrible person and ruined completely at least 2 days out of 6 days that we were staying there. * Even though check in time is from 16:00 Dalibor said that he can't chech me in before 16:30 because he is actually coming from Capital City to check me in. Than he called at 16:30 and said that I'm late and he's busy because he has things to do in Zadar. I said that I'm cool about postponing the check in if he needs to run some errands. Dalibor continued blaming me for being late for check in even though he admitted that he is not at the property. I did point out to Dalibor that I was ready for check in already at 12:00 pm because I needed to leave my previous accommodation and I did already adjust my holidays to meet his schedule to what Dalibor replied that he doesn't care even if I would be wanting for him 3 days. * I didn't like NOT having water to shower one evening and Dalibor was sending guest from the Suites to use the toilet that was meant to be used by guests staying in Bungalows.. There was no water in general through out the Complex and Dalibor was saying that no water in Suites is due to the high altitude of the Suites. * I heard Dalibor saying to the guests in Suites that the service is according to the price they paid.. Dalibor made the same rude comment towards me for booking a Bungalow. * Bathroom and dish washing area haven't been cleaned for a very long time and even had bird poop and spider webs. * Leftovers of toilet paper from previous guests were left for us to use, * Shower handle was broken so I needed to hold the shower head when washing my hair. * Complex is full of old dirty swings and benches that haven't been cleaned for a very long time. * There's also a lots of junk from old swings that have been removed from their original place but never brought to the junk yard and just stored on the pathway to the bathroom and dish washing area.

I believe once this place could have been nice but it's extremely messy, for one night it's ok-ish (if no other choice). I did not even go to toilet or to shower as I would be terrified of catching some disease. We pretty much regretted the whole stay immediately. I'm sure the owner would say what would you want for such money but I stayed in many places for even less money and definitely better standard. I definitely cannot recommend.

Dalibor helped us in everything we needed and was super helpful and kind. Although the bathroom was outside the room, the water was perfect to have a great shower.
