“Bad !!!”
Through my company, I booked an accommodation in Nimtofte, Denmark via Booking.com. Unfortunately, the property did not match the description on multiple points and the situation was so unacceptable that we were unable to stay there: There was no bed linen available. The room had a strong sewage odor. There was no staff present; only a key box for self check-in, which meant we had no one to speak to about the issues and were forced to book another location. The room layout was incorrect: although there were two rooms, there was only one double bed. We specifically chose this accommodation because of the advertised two-bedroom setup, as I was traveling with a colleague.
