“Our stay never happened because they sold our rooms”
On arrival on the day we had to start lodging, the receptionist told us we did not confirm pickup from the airport, and thus rooms were given out. As foreigners, we were completely embarrassed in Accra

“I did not get the deluxe room that I had seen and booked online. My room was not of the standard I was expecting. Howeve”
I had booked for the deluxe room, I was not given that room but a Stanton called Pacific. When I complained as it clearly did not fit the description of the deluxe room I had booked and the picture I saw on their website was not of the same standard of the room I was given. When I complained I was told that Booking.Com had allocated me to the room I stayed in which was not the deluxe room and the room was far below the standard I was expecting.
