“Nice place for a good price”
The staff was friendly and accommodated all our requests. We even came back for a shower after we checked out. The breakfast that they provided was awesome and it was a really good price.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was welcoming and available if we needed anything. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Nilaveli Beach. It was the perfect place for the five of us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely stay again.

“Fantastic family hotel”
Fantastic hotel. A lovely family run hotel that made us feel so welcome. The friendliest family that were so helpful. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights as 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The room was perfect for us and we particularly liked to balcony area that we could sit out at night. The hotel is in a quiet location and mainly families staying, it’s a lovely relaxed feel and very quiet, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach, lots of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and great value. What made this hotel so special though was the family that run it, they were always there to answer any questions and gave us so much time, we are very grateful for this. Thank you

“Basic accommodation but a really good stop off location!”
It was a great location to get to bars, restaurants and the beach. The host Sudas was a very accommodating and very nice man! He taught us all about the history of the country.

The location is a short 400 meter walk to Nilavele beach. We had an upstairs room with a balcony. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Suthas organised private car transport for us from Jaffna and then, upon leaving to Anuradhapura at a better price than anywhere else we looked online. We enjoyed our stay at Seazone and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone wanting a lovely, comfortable stay at beautiful Nilavele beach.

Sweet family, especially their mom Loga, is the star...the arrangement for whale and dolphin watching were convenient as the family owns some boats. Location was 5 star..very close to the beach..overall a very good and comfortable experience.

Great location, 5 mins walk to the beach. The owners are so friendly, when they saw that we were interested in their jambu tree, they cut down a big bunch for us! The breakfast (1000 LKR) is a delicious, homecooked local-style breakfast. When we ran out of cash to pay for the room, they offered to take us on motorbike to the nearest ATM to withdraw. Really affordable room but you get what you pay for.

“Great, place, amazing staff!”
Nice room with AC and spacious bathroom. The friendliest staff and owners! We felt so welcome, and the atmosphere is very warm and loving. Very short walk to the amazing beach! Breakfast was really good, and we got plenty of food. Our children also felt very welcome and enjoyed the stay.

The kindness and gentleness of the owners very helpful..location is just 4 min from the beach..they were very attentive to meet all my needs..Nice and quite place ,highly recommend it
