I like very quiet location, restaurants and beach is 5 min walk and ride. Owner is very pleasant and kind person, he helped us to buy seafood and allowed to use his kitchen. His family also very sweet sri-lankan people. Thank you so much for the stay, it was very good. He has cute cats as well, they gave us good company 😄

Suresh and his family have a very warm manner. The accommodation has everything I needed for my 4 day stay. There is a kettle and a fridge. I felt very comfortable and could imagine staying here longer. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and there are restaurants right on the street. Thank you for a great stay - I would come back anytime.

Very chilled. Nice verandah, Good sri lankan breakfast. We were catching late train from Trinco and ad they didn't have a booking for our room they were happy to let us use it till we left.

“Great place for a quiet beach holiday”

Great spot for a beach holidays. The room is large, with a very comfortable bed, and it's nice to have the shady verandah for relaxing and having breakfast. Having access to a fridge and water kettle was a big bonus for us. We appreciated the shady patio area as well. You can't beat the location - the beach is just 300m down the road and family restaurants and little shops are all around. Owners are very nice and helpful.

“Acceptable, affordable place near Nilaveli beach”

Rooms have AC, which is vital in July, when Trinco is 35°+. Owners are friendly, not much in contact. Rooms and area are sweep clean. Rooms have a basic porch and shared refrigerator. You can pre order a simple breakfast the night before. It's pretty close to the beach, a 3-5 min. walk. There's a bunch of restaurants in the direct vicinity of the house, at walking distance. The house is affordable. There's an outside tap to rinse your feet and small items after a beach visit.

“A peaceful place to stay”

Very peaceful and quite place for chilling some days and very close from the beach. Suresh and his family try to make my stay very cozy. Everything was very clean. They provide delicious breakfast by order and help me with all my arrangements on the visits I did. I will come back for sure.

Great value stay, close to the beach. Spotlessly clean and with the bonus of kettle, tea and coffee in the room and a fridge on the verandah. Lovely host who even organised for our washing to be done at a very reasonable price.

Everything perfect. Nice place near of beach. Great owner. Comfortable room. The village is still untouched. Around accommodation few options where you can eat.

Basically everything! First of all the location is great. Really close to the beach and nice and quiet. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom as well. Airconditioning works really good and also is quiet. Super friendly staff. Fast communication and we we received a very welcome cold beverage upon arrival. Definitely recommended!

“A little gem”

Cozy bungalow with big terrace and beautiful views. Good mattress. Nicely decorated. A big bottle of water and a hot water kettle plus tea was provided. Good wifi. We were the only guests and enjoyed peace and tranquility. 2 minutes to the beach.
