We did like the location next to the beach. There is well taken care of all the spaces and room. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Good value for money.

Anees our guy for everything has to be thanked for a superb Service. When we arrived the room was not clean and the sheets had a cigarette hole in it. He managed to quickly had this sorted out. His hospitality response was an invitation for Rice and Curry. By then we had forgotten about the inconveniences as the whole complex and the location are just stunning. The beach is clean and right in front of the complex.

Fantastic location right on beautiful Nilaveli beach with its miles of golden sand. Facilities basic but comfortable. Attentive and helpful staff. Easy to walk to a number of different beach bars for lunch or dinner.

Right next to the beach, a small laid-back peaceful hotel very different from the big concrete faceless commercial businesses. The service was great with very friendly staff (Roshan and Aneesh in particular.) Very willing to fulfil our needs. The beach was beautiful and quiet. No fighting over deckchairs. The food was tasty and chilli levels were adapted for tourists. (David) There was a real effort to keep the hotel beach clean. There were no mosquitoes this time of the year - not one.

Warm welcome and help from the staff, especially with 2 young kids. Perfect location close to the beach, spacious bedroom with A/C, good breakfast. Thanks for everything!

The location was perfect. The beach had waves that weren’t too big and was quite shallow. The facilities were also quite good as well and the staff were also incredibly friendly.

Peaceful accommodation in separate cottages in a beautiful garden. Beautiful beach. Pleasant restaurant with good food. Helpful staff led by Roshan. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax.
