Had everything we needed and more. Perfect location on the beach, spotlessly clean, spacious apartment, new washing machine, lots of beach restaurants and bars. Beds super comfortable

“Excellent condo on a good beach in a quiet location.”

This condo was situated in the southern tower of 5 blocks along the beach. We stayed during off-season, so it was very quiet. We didn't use the restaurant, so can't review that. Book in was easy, this is a no service condo but the place was well equipped for self sufficiently. We use the kitchen and there was adequate facilities. Comfortable bed, lovely balcony and heaps of air cons to cool the place quickly.

Apartment was spacious and well equipped, washing machine was a useful plus. Overall clean and modern. Location was very practicle for few days at the beach.

The location was next to a centre where you can arrange snorkelling to see sea turtles. There were a few restaurants nearby. The property is right on the seafront. It was mentioned bikinis weren’t allowed which isn’t quite the case, no skimpy western style are allowed but two pieces are fine. I’m not sure if this is a Sri Lankan thing but the area is in a fairly Muslim area so perhaps that is why. I was having issue with WiFi and they came to help me fairly quickly

The location was excellent, right on the beach. Restaurants walking distance. The best part was the cleaning of the apartments, so nice!!

“A cool beach stay”

Lovely open plan living area with AC, fans and clean bathrooms. Balcony view to the beach and pool. Comfy beds and pillows. Delivered food to the room and in the rain too.

“A peaceful apartment near the beach”

We arrived quite late and the staff were very accommodating and ready to welcome us. The apartment has a view of the Nilaveli beach and a cute balcony. The beach outside is beautiful and suitable for swimming. There's also a shared pool. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment and two toilets (one in the master bedroom and one outside). We didn't have any meals here, however, if you wish there is a restaurant in the next apartment complex to order meals, I would suggest ordering at least an hour in advance. There are plenty of restaurants around Nilaveli and Trincomalee town if you have a vehicle.

“Good alternative to homestays”

The Appartement looks new and is clean. We were 4 people, but all 3 bedrooms were opened. The apartment was a good change to all the home stays in Sri Lanka, with a lot of privacy. The contact with the owner was fast and easy. In the neigbourhood there were in April almost no restaurants opened. The breakfast at the hotel was good. Uppuveli with restaurants is 20min per tuktuk away. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful and empty. A diving school is close by. Pigeon island is close by. There you can snorkel with turtles and sharks!!
