The villa was very clean and comfortable. Close to the train station and convenience store/dining. Kenji was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I would give more stars if I could. This small guesthouse is family run and you can feel the love and care they put into it. The house is very comfortable and charming, offering Japanese style rooms and has everything you need. It is very close to the station and to the main bus stops. The owner gave us a lot of tips of what to do in Nikko and restaurants recommendations. Nikko was one of the highlights of our Japan trip and being welcomed so warmly was a big part of it.

Kenji was an excellent and nice host who made us feel comfortable, introduced the area and local restaurants very well, and was very accomodative. We really liked the location which was easy to access and short walking distance to restaurants at night and the wonderful shrines and temples during the day.

The place was great, spacious, terrace outside, lounging area, great bed, closed to everything and with a parking space in front. All the amenities were on point. And more than all Kenji welcomed us warmly and gave up plenty of tips on what to do around. He even sent a package of what my partner had forgotten. Really lovely place to stay in a great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. It was small but worked really well, had everything there that we needed - comfortable beds and great shower/bathroom. Our host was super friendly and helpful giving us a lift from the station when we arrived which was great after a really long journey. He went out of his way to make us welcome, giving us maps of the area and advice on trips to do including which buses to get and where to go. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back and would recommend to others!

We recommend to stay here during your trip to Nikko. Tiny House had everything needed, was very clean and calm. Host is very kind and helpful.

He was one of the most engaging and attentive hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From providing a hand-crafted guide map to personally briefing us on the must-see sights of Nikko, his warmth, care, and local knowledge were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Quite big compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. Close to the train station.

The rooms were more spacious and lighter than expected. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for us to relax. The cat themes were super cute and the facilities had everything we needed. The staff were amazing. The owner drove back to the train station with our luggage when we checked out because it was a heat wave and he didn’t want us to struggle in the heat. Would definitely stay again.
