“Great hotel for techies...highly equipped but be ready to self-manage your stay on your own”

great facilities and all, room is highly equiped with all kinds of really cool stuff including laundry machines and all.. (However, I didn't have my landry with me as I sent it to the next hotel in Kyoto)

Well laid out accommodation japanese style with own onsen. Very clean apartment and very comfortable bed. Easy to access by walking from the JR train station.

Fantastically comfortable, spacious and one of the best equipped apartments we’ve stayed in. The brief stay was rejuvenating.

As this property is very new, the facilities were great with everything in very good condition, new appliances, clean and comfortable. The size (for three people) was amazing, and having separate sleeping, eating and sitting areas was great. The wooden soaking tub was lovely and having an in room washer/dryer is awesome. The mattresses were firm but not as rock hard as some other's we've experienced in Japan (as a Westerner, I am used to soft mattresses, so I can't say they are amazingly comfortable, but they were fine). Check in was very easy for us as we had received our code by email previous to checking in (its all contactless), but I would imagine without internet, it could be more complicated then others are used to. But we had no problems. The remote staff were very prompt in communicating with us and we were very impressed with how they tried to help when we had our issue (see below).

Beautiful presentation, super clean and very thoughtful design. Onsen bathtub, great mattresses, humidifier (more important than you may expect), kitchen with rice cooker, micro, cups, plates, towels, washer/dryer. Truely the best accom we’ve had in Japan so far.

Spacious “motel” style accommodation. Manageable walk to the train stations and bus stop. Very clean and comfortable. Close to a 7-Eleven and supermarket but do some research about restaurants for dinner as there are very few places open for dinner in the whole of Nikko.

The location was great, everything exceptionally clean. The beds and futon were comfy.

Instructions for appliances were very clear in English – appreciate the effort here. The onsen bath was lovely. The apartment was super clean and well equipped with useful appliances.

The price was amazing for what u get. Really big rooms for japan standards. Dryer,Washing machine. Everything u need was there. Probably our best stay in japan. We also asked to put luggage in the room before. Wich was no issue! Also the 'hotspring' bath was nice Just an amazing stay overall. Would def stay again.

Well furnished apartment with good quality equipment like Dyson hair dryer. The onsen within the apartment is a big plus.

Easy to find if you know how to read google maps. Incredibly clean space with great bathroom facilities - this was a highlight for us after sore feet exploring Japan.
