Very nice staff, kind and helping. Loved the Onsen as well as the bathroom, free tea and coffee of different kinds, comfortable bed!

Breakfast was incredible. Salad greens very very fresh, creamy scrambled eggs, delicious Japanese dishes using local ingredients, best French toast I've ever had on a buffet.

The breakfast was the best I have had. The location is perfect if travelling by public transport. The rooms are large, with armchairs and a lovely bath. The staff so helpful and also there is a dinner option right there at the hotel. What a lovely place to stay

It was a nice cosy hotel with an onsen for all staying guests. Walking distance to Nikko Town and right opposite the JR Nikko station.

The hotel is extremely close to the train station. We loved the breakfast variety, The onsen and the amenities were great. There is a storage area with lockers, so we could leave the luggages there before check-in and after checkout.

Onsen was a perfect way to relax after trekking all day. Staff were always helpful. Theres a car park outside hotel, which hotel will give you a voucher to reduce the exhoribitant parking fee to ¥500 per overnight.

Close to Station and bus, with 2 great Onsens on the ground floor. We also enjoyed cocktails in the little bar on the 2F. Bag deposit with lock before checkin in the Reception lobby very useful. Also 24/7 free coffee and tea in the breakfast room.

Excellent location. The bus stops are right outside this hotel in front of the Nikko Station, and its the very first stop, meaning you can get seats before the 2nd stop( Tobu Nikko Station ) which is the busier one.

I liked everything about this property, starting from the location across the road from the train station. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious,and decor had been updated.(it was a pleasant aubergine with neutrals). There were three different pools in the onsen with three different temperatures.

Very close to train stations and all bus services. Rooms were larger than any we had in Japan. Dedicated room with tables to have coffee, tea or a snack most of the day.
