“Comfortable, Clean, and Exceptionally Welcoming”

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent .What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we would definitely come back again.

Outstanding service, Fast wifi, super comfortable bed, very quiet. Private onsen room was very clean and stocked with amenities. The hotel also provided free ride to the station and arranged taxis for us to visit Edo wonderland and nearby locations

Everything was fantastic. The room, the service, the location. In fact, the service from every staff we encountered was outstanding even though they didn’t speak English. They used their phones to translate every encounter and totally made sure they got us what we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and the same floor private onsen was very comfortable and well equipped. Little touches like free Haagen Dazs ice cream just added to the entire experience. Location is also just down the road from the UNESCO Heritage Temples and Shrines of Nikkō. Beautiful tree lined road too.

“Serenity close to everything”

Unique facility as close to the shines and sightseeing by as you can get. The in room onsen was relaxing with a stunning view surrounded by nature. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were very kind seeing to that food intolerances were taken into consideration for dining.

Perfectly located in Nikko for visiting the Shrines (despite being a bit remote from the 'city centre'). We enjoyed the quiet place with a lot of nice amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. In addition, two of our group forgot their passport in the safe when checking out... the staff was exceptional to make sure we could receive passports my mail and thus could continue our travels without any trouble.

The suite with the private bath was fantastic, plenty of space, ultra quiet and relaxing, slept really well. Checkout at noon is a bonus.

“Welcoming and good value”

Staff warm and welcoming. Helpful in every way. Good value, peaceful rooms and very clean and well laid out. Coffee and tea facilities in room and nice a touch of a free mini bar. Near reception a small fridge where you can help your self to ice cream. Staff helpful and the breakfast was delicious. You can tell the staff take pride in their jobs. There is a private onsen near the rooms. You book your time and can enjoy a thermal spring bath experience in a private room and enjoy relaxing after the days sightseeing and hiking.

Breakfast and dinner both highly worthwhile - great wine and spirits selection. Staff extremely friendly and a.weays willing to help. Only a 5 minute walk to the three major temples in Nikko.
