Amazing room onsen! We loved it! Massive rooms! Beautiful area during the cherry bloosom! Oh and there is a soft play at the hotel!

The onsen (hot springs) facilities were great: we enjoyed indoor and outdoor bathes, and the guests can also visit adjusted playing pool, which has sauna with different temperatures. I also liked welcoming drink you can have if you arrive before 4 pm. It is also close to the station, so it is easy to reach even if you do not have a car.

Friendly and helpful staff. A great buffet with variety and good quality. Nice onsens with easy access until late night. Clean rooms and facilities with a retro feel. The kids also really enjoyed the pool and water slide.

“We were the only Westerners!”

My partner and I were the only Westerners that we could see so did not have much interaction with others. Got a few looks. Yukatas are offered in the rooms should you want to use. We Loved the private onsen on the top floor. Was a good view over the river. Buffet was good, you get an hour time limit to have your breakfast/dinner. however the Buffet did not have any English translations for the food on offer which meant we were scanning the cards and holding up the buffet line 😂 was quiet and very close to Kinugawa Onsen Stn.

I'm surprised that this hotel doesn't have a higher rating. Everything was excellent. It is a 5 minute walk from the station with picturesque views of the river. The room was very spacious and comfortable with nice toiletries provided. The buffet dinner is great, so much to choose from and very high quality. Facilities are amazing - plenty of indoor and outdoor onsens, two infinity pools overlooking the river plus a host of other facilities I didn't have time to use. Would love to stay here again.

The abundant facilities include a large public bath, one level of external foot bath and another level external pools, and an indoor flow pool. it is also one of the closest establishments from Kinugawa Station where one could take a train to Nikko.

I loved how it had so many facilities like the pool,public bath and gaming areas,it’s like we’d need a whole day to cover the hotels facilities and I loved the buffet extraordinary
