“Wonderful stay at Zois apartments”

Loved the location and chill factor, bed Comfortable bed, clean towels and linen. Complementary coffee, sugar and milk and toiletries. Apartment was cleaned every other day. Had an issue with toilet leaking but was dealt with that day, although still had a little leak that will need more work later.

It was an amazing accomodation, perfect for us. It gives all the things it promises on Booking.com. Nice location directly by the sea, it has a cute, well-maintaned garden and a small private beach - with sunbeds. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, with 2 big balconies, one facing the sea, the other facing the garden, with balcony furniture and a dryer rack as well. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen equipments, we could easily prepare light lunches, dinners. There are even tea bags and some instant coffee, sugar provided. The beds were good, with thick mattrasses. It is in walking distance to Nikiana 2 beach, which is protected from the wind. We really loved this place, it was nice and calm and we truly enjoyed the evenings and mornings on the balcony. The bakery is in 3 mins walking distance, and the restaurants and supermarkets in Nikiana are in a 15-20 minutes walking distance. Also there is a BIG plus: There is cleaning and towel change every 2 days, which we really didn't expect in an apartment. Thanks for the hosts! :-)

The host was there, but unobtrusive, and provided everything we needed. The view from the terrace is incredible. The yard is nice where you can drink coffee in the morning as well as on the terrace of the room. All recommendation!

Very relaxed unpretentious atmosphere and the hotel has its own stretch of beach. Nice kitchen for self catering and wonderful balcony with sea view. Best place we stayed as we enjoyed it so much .Bakery nearby and close to bus stop for Levkada town or Nydri the other way.

I loved that our accommodation backed onto a private beach, so you could swim any time of the day. The accommodation had a gorgeous resident cat who was an awesome host. He enjoyed spending time with us and we loved having him visit. Hosts are great and friendly. Is is a short walk to the Nikiana town centre and port where all the restaurants and tavernas are. A lovely spot if you want a calm and relaxing place to holiday.

We loved our apartment- it had everything we needed and a spacious balcony with beautiful views over the sea. It was quiet and peaceful with its pretty garden and private beach - perfect for swimming in the lovely clear water! We enjoyed the excellent bakery which was very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great apartment. There is no such light atmosphere in Greece, in private accommodation. Right on the coast in Nikiana, with a private beach and natural shade. The location is very good, for visiting the island. In the vicinity of about 2 km, a couple of restaurants, bakeries and fast food. The capital city of Lefkada is a ten minute drive away. Apartments equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Large terraces with sea view. Peace and complete comfort. Safe parking next to the building, in the shade. Dear and hardworking hosts. We will always come back.

Ligging is perfect.

Great little hotel. There is no crowd, no noise. Spacious accommodation, clean, well equipped. The terrace is large and the view is incredible. In the immediate vicinity is the center of Nikiana. Everything you need can be found. It is close to Lefkas, the capital. Ten minutes drive. The beach of the hotel is very beautiful, with sunbeds in the natural shade. A holiday to recommend from the heart.
