Central location. Very well priced. Close to supermarket and buses. Nice pool. Fridge in the room. A kettle was supplied upon request so we could have coffee on the balcony.

There was a bar on the premises. No atmosphere, no background music. Staff did not offer a smile or welcome nor encourage conversation, in fact pretending to be otherwise "doing something" that took their attention when we walked past!

Excellent location, gated. Clean, roomy, good aircon, good shutters/doors/mosquito screens. Good wifi. Nice, low-chlorine swimming pool, poolside area. Bar seemed good, but never used it, as place was so central! Lovely balcony, shaded from about noon, so very pleasant to eat, drink, socialise on, watch the world go by. 1 minute to 3 supermarkets, 2 minutes to a car hire place, another good value bar 2 doors down. Easy and friendly communication (for check-in/out) by text, good English.

There was no reception open so the cleaner met us on check in. It was easy. Hotel was central and we had a pool view which I asked for in advance and this wasn’t a problem. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great for a family of four. The pool was great with plenty of sun loungers and an outside shower. There was a bar if you needed a drink. The location was really good - central in Nikiana directly opposite a supermarket and other shops which was handy for anything that you needed. The beach and harbour were a short walk away with plenty of places to eat in the evening. The sea was clean and crystal clear. We used the service bus to get around and it was easy to get the bus on the main road in both directions. It’s a short ride to Nidri where we spent a couple of days as there was more to see and do. The bus is cheap although tend to run later than the timetables. We had a great time.

Very nice location, the room was very nice and spacious but mainly the staf is great. They made us feel like home.

The cleaning lady was very nice, came to bring the trash every day and did some cleaning also, we got clean towels in every 3 days. The pool is nice, and the location is very good, supermarkets and bakeries in the front of the apartment, beach is also near.
