Overview
Situated in Nikiana, the 3-star Vergina Star is 250 metres from the sea and 1 km from beaches. It features a 100-m² swimming pool, restaurant and mini market. All rooms open to a balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea. Rooms are bright and airy, and come with air conditioning, a telephone, fridge - minibar, safe and 32" TV. Each has simple furnishings and includes a private bathroom with hairdryer. The hotel offers a morning buffet breakfast. There is also a bar, where guests can get refreshing drinks or coffee. Free WiFi is available. The hotel reception operates from morning until evening and can arrange for car hire. Nydri is easily reached at 5 km. Lefkada Town is 10 km away. Free parking is available.

“First impressions weren’t great, it was lucky they had a pool otherwise this would be 2 star”
Location was ok, but only because we had a car. The pool was nice but closed for quiet time between 15.30-17.30.

“AMAZING!”
It was amazing! The room was very clean, it provided everything we needed - big bed, giant wardrobe, a lot of storage space, fridge, mirrors, the balcony was quite big and had an amazing view. The hotel is a bit far from Nikiana,but you don’t need it to be close, because it provides excellent food at reasonable prices, coffee, you have a great pool and if you own a car - getting to the beaches won’t be a problem too. You can ask for a taxi and it’s only 10 euro to get to Nydri (which has a lot of beach bars and restaurants). The thing i loved the most is how friendly and welcoming the staff was - they were amazing, careful and caring. Would love to come back to this hotel!!!

Everything was amazing, staff very polite, helpful and very hard working, always greeting you with a smile. Food was very delicious we had breakfast and dinner which we enjoyed everything a lot. Rooms clean all the time and good location of the hotel. Also the prices on the bar of the hotel very reasonable.

“Nice hotel”
it was a last minute booking and it was as we expected. staff were friendly and the room as described. We stayed only one night and it was a good choice. There’re plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access from the airport.

“Excellent price-quality ratio”
I don't know about the other fridges, but the one we stayed from room 103, every 10min sounded a strong noise from the compressor i think, for about 5min and if u don't have a deep sleep,u might hear it most of the night.

I would highly recommend this accommodation. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. The view was mesmerizing. We rented a scooter because the beaches were not so close and you can explore the whole island easily.

“Excellent! I’m glad I chose to stay here.”
I was very pleased with the hotel and my room (123) it was spacious bright and very clean with beautifully kept grounds and swimming pool. My room had a balcony with the best sea and mountain views. The Manager and Staff were exceptional and pre arrival the Manager promptly replied to any queries I had and arranged for a taxi to collect me from the airport. I was travelling solo and they couldn’t of done more for me to make me feel at ease and safe. The Staff are a credit to the Hotel and Management. The level of attentiveness and customer care is exceptional from the Management and the Staff. I absolutely loved it here I stayed for 10 nights and would’ve happily stayed longer! Thank you All at the Vergina Star Hotel for a lovely relaxing stay. Alexia :)
