“Worth it just for the view!”

The staff were wonderful. Nice pool and the view was incredible. Worth it just for the view! We would stay there again. Kitchen had enough to cook basic things.

Eleanna and her grandma are such lovely hosts! Eleanna went above and beyond to order us lunch and help us arrange a car for hire. Pools were amazing. It was quiet as! Definitely recommend a car if staying here!

Lovely quiet place (June) had the pool to ourself all day. We had to request to move apartments as ours smelt damp. But the lady running the place was so nice and gave us an upgraded apartment. Spectacular views. Immaculate. Good AC. Not far to beaches and town etc. we found the little rd fine to drive to. Overall great value for money and great stay.

Very friendly host, available all the time. We had a very big room with terrace, very clean with all you need. Very nice view with a very well maintained pool. Easy to find location. Use the longer road with google maps.

Lovely, brand new accommodation. Spotlessly clean and air con in the bedrooms and living area. The host was so kind and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Two swimming pools and beautiful views. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get taxis. Would highly recommend.

We really liked our stay at Ionion Fos. The staff were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the peace of the place, far from the crowded towns and villages. The view of the Ionian sea, the mainland and the neighboring islands was excellent. The children enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool late in the afternoon after our return from the beach. The location of the house is good as a starting point to travel to different places on the island and visit different beaches every day. We recommend staying at Ionion Fos.

“Amazing! The owners were so friendly and the hotel had the best view ever!”

This was truly a wonderful surprise for us as we had booked very last minute and weren’t 100% sure what to expect. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Upon arriving in Nikiana (location of the hotel) we didn’t know how to get to the hotel and so we called the direct line and were given very clear directions. It’s a little tricky to get to since it is nestled at the top of the mountain, and the roads are winding and narrow all the way up (typical of Greece). But once we arrived we are amazed at the view and the facilities. This is a cozy and very well designed hotel. They are units that are like apartments/villas all around the main outdoor pool and garden area. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen, dining room, large bathroom and terrasse in the front. Parking was available right next to our unit. We were greeted by the most welcoming and friendly staff (owner), given the keys shown around and off we went. We had cookies and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival which was a nice touch. The villa was very comfortable. We had access to a hanger outside for our wet bathing suits. There was a beautiful sitting are right across us under the shade of an olive tree, where we had our coffee every morning. The pool was beautiful, there is also a garden and BBQ. But what stole the show was the amazing view! We were at the top of the mountain overlooking the Ionian Sea. It was breathtaking! The area is called Nikiana, which is quiet and has supermarkets, restaurants. It’s about a 10 minutes drive from Nydri, where all the action is. Overall we loved our stay at Ionian Fos and in hindsight should have stayed longer than 4 nights. Lefkada is truly a dream!

Everything was great. We ejonyed our stay there. Our house was very clean and fresh towels and bed sheets were brought every other day. The owner was very nice, she was always smiling and very friendly. If you didn’t want to go the beach there was a pool in front of the house in which you could lounge and enjoy the day. The view here is amazing waking up to the sight of sea. There were complementary coffees on the house everyday. Also everyone had their parking space inside the property which was very convinient. The center was within 15-20 minutes of reach if you wanted to go out or buy anything. Everything was perfect, we will definetely come back :)
