Great hosts, big regards to Madam Grammatoula and her husband. Very kind people speaking English, always ready to help. Their apartment is sparkling clean and has everything needed. They changed our apartment to the side that is quieter after the first night. Location is very nice, a few minutes from a very nice beach. We liked it.

Very nice and helpful owners. Unfortunately, someone built another hotel just 5m from the building, so the view from the balcony is no longer the best :-(.

Mr Dimitri and his wife Mrs Grammatoula did their best to make me feel welcomed and relaxed. They are just wonderful.

The place is truly beautiful, with a kitchen completely equipped, very clean . Mr. Dimitris welcomed us with a lot of recommendations for the whole island which helped us have a great experience in Lefkada . Can’t recommend enough Grammatoula !

A wonderful place. The studio is equipped with everything you need. The beds and mattresses are soft and comfortable. It is cleaned every day. The hosts are very polite and pleasant people. They offered their services for everything we needed.

Amazing experience very close walk to a beautiful beach, our 1st real beach experience in Lefkada, which we visited on multiple locations even though other beaches were on the must see lists. A beautiful garden with lush green lawn and stunning flowering trees was always a pleasure to come back home to and spend time in with the kids. Rooms were as marketed and very clean.

Grammatoula and Dimitris are the best hosts (maybe more friends) that you can ever meet. The property is very nice with Mediterranean architecture, located in a garden and has a private walking path to the sea which takes a minute to arrive on foot. The sea and beach is amazing, hotel room is very clean and spacious with a balcony, our hosts are generous and kind and beautiful people. We have even celebrated our birthday together. Our days at Grammatoula was full of happiness and peace. Thank you Grammatoula and Dimitris <3

Very good position of the studio, easy access to every beautiful area of ​​the island. The owners of the studio are very polite and kind. They explained to us about the attractions of Lefkade and every other service that the island offers. The room was cleaned every day. everything was clean.

“Beautiful vacation in Nikiana”

The room is spotless clean and the cleaning is done every day. Mr Dimitris and his wife were an exceptional hosts. and helped with all info and made our stay wonderful and we thank you for all. Parking on the location available.

We stayed here only 1 night because of the proximity to Nidri and ferry boat to Kefalonia. The owners were wonderful. They helped us with all information we needed. We came late in the evening, at 11.30pm and were there just to sleep. The apartment was on the 1st floor,for 4 persons, have anything you need, small kitchenette with amenities, shower with hot water, ACC, good balcony. It was very nice and clean. I'll surely come back here again from my return trip from Kefalonia.

The authenticity of the place and the handling of everything we needed from the Owners/Hosts Grammatula and Dimitri. We actually felt like we were in our vacation home. Thank you Dimitri and Grammatula!

Very nice owners, happy to help with literally anything (including ordering coffee for us in the morning). The room was clean, kitchen has plates, glasses and cutlery. Sea is 2 minutes away, with a nice beach and clear water. Definitely good value for money!
