“Recommend for families and for couples also.”
We travelled with 2 kids (8 and 6), and everything was easy access, beach is in the back garden..) In the hot weather thats what you need, Shops, cafe's in 5 minutes distance in the neighbour. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment is extremely clean , and its equipped what you need during the day. I liked that the kitchen has the basic staff, washing detergent, paper towels, water in the fridge!!! you dont need to carry anything just your bathing suits and two T-shirts. With that age of kids I recommend that side of Lefkada, because of the higher waves on the other side.

“Extraordinary view and location!”
The location and the view are extraordinary! In front of the apartment is a private and quiet beach, a beautiful garden with a great sea view, supermarkets nearby, another public beach with boats to rent, and a VIP beach at 150m. But best of all, the apartment is decorated and equipped in a good Greek style and where you are there, you don't know what you prefer, a luxury hotel apartment, or this one. For us, it was easy ;)

“a nice apartment by the sea in Nikiana”
My family and I had a great time at the apartment By the sea. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is situated right at a small private beach. The location is perfect for exploring the rest of the island. Everything was as shown in the pictures and the description. What we liked most was the big and comfortable terrace overlooking the sea and the boats sailing around. Last but not least, our host was very kind and willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!
