Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at the hotel because they canceled my reservation 2 days before. They offered us another hotel, but it was very far from the event we were going to (I only booked at Nimma because it was 5 minutes away from the event I was going to). Therefore, they offered us to pay for the taxi for this event, but as of today, almost 1 month later, I have not received a response regarding the refund.

“large room but basic”

cold water tap only at the sink with 5 degrees outside to wash you face or hands or brush your theeth is very basic. The heater /airco was controlled by the reception so it was either to cold or later to warm everytime we needed to notify the reception so realy uncomfortable

The staff are very friendly, the location is great and the decor is comfortable and modern

Breakfast was excellent. I knew about the location and found it acceptable with a very good bus link to the city centre Room was extremely comfortable. Reception staff were so helpful.

Overall the hotel is great: the rooms are a comfortable size, the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Daily housekeeping, a continental breakfast (if you pay), and a nice cafe on the ground floor. It's a perfectly fine hotel.

“It was fine but we probably wouldn’t stay there again”

The room was big and the decorations were nice. The parking lot and playground were helpful for us. Breakfast was pretty good, but you had to ask for water and there weren’t any spoons. The walls were pretty thin and we had a loud neighbor we had to ask to be quiet at 3am.

Everything was great and super clean. Spacious room and staff assisted in changing towels upon request. Location was great too and quite close to Central via public transport. Always someone available at desk reception ehich was handy for asking questions at 1am in the morning when arriving back to the hotel. Bicycle rental just below hotel was convenient!

The hotel was in a decent location, close enough to the city centre. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The price was very good.

A short taxi into Town. A very funky vibe to the hotel. Gave me a deal on the breakfast which included scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. Also let the three of us stay in what they state is their larger 6 person room ( ie 2 X singles, 2 X bunks, Sofa Bess) so it was a good size.

The rooms had everything we needed. Quiet at night so we had a great nights sleep. Staff friendly and helpful.
