Everything else about the stay was great — the room was clean, comfortable, and the location perfect. However, I was very disappointed and honestly shocked by what happened on the morning of my checkout. At around 10 AM, one of the staff members (or maybe even the owner) suddenly entered my apartment without knocking or asking permission, even though there was still a full hour left until the official checkout time. He mumbled something in Dutch, and when I told him I don’t speak Dutch, he started saying something about not being allowed to use the shower or something similar, then just closed the door and left.

Brilliant hotel right in the heart of Town. Lovely condition period property furnished in keeping with its history. I cannot fault the hotel itself itwas perfect for what we needed.

The staff was nice and helpful. Personally liked the mattresses too. The location is great.
