It's a new apartment with two bedrooms and living room. We choose it as an alternative to stay instead of Dana. You would get just one small room at Dana for same prices as two bedroom apartment at Shobak. And it's just a small drive away from Dana and on the way to/from Petra. It was easy to park in front of the house. Shower was hot and there was equipped kitchen which we didn't use for short stay. There are plenty of small shops, cafes and some restaurants by walking distance. Shobak is not a typical place for overnight stay for tourists but everyone was very nice and friendly. Prices are here much cheaper than tourist sites like Petra or Dana. So you can also save a lot with dinner and breakfast.

“Amazing and big apartment!”
Kind host. Always quick with his response. Big appartment. It looks all new. Good pressure from the shower. Location perfect for the Wadi Ghuweir trail! And all the people in the village are very kind and welcoming. We were like the only tourists but it was great!
