“Aimed at businessmen”
Convenient to have a carpark underneath. A little away from the station and the main streets. We were a little disappointed with the first room we had (standard) which was incredibly small and smelled a bit of smoke. However the staff were incredibly helpful in organising a bigger room, and we would recommend westerners using this hotel opt for the bigger room.

“Brilliant place to stay”
I was even surprised how nice was everything in this hotel. I booked semi-bouble and the was worried, but the room is so well organised that you have place for everything you need. The bathroom was also very clean and convenient. There is an underground parking, we payed 600¥ for a day, which in my opinion is a very good price. I really liked everything in this hotel.

It was a beautiful location, looking over the river while eating breakfast was lovely. The beds and room were much more spacious than we expected and the staff were super kind and helpful. It was a walk over the bridge to the main city, but we loved the scenery and exercise. Stunning at night time with the lights over the river.

“Niigata top pick”
This was a real surprise. The staff we dealt with, a Japanese man, was really top notch... this guy went out of his way to help us.. our society on the whole needs more people this passionate about their job! When you have an experience at check in like this everything else just seems better. The hotel looked old from outside & lobby however, the room was very big we booked two rooms & they were both spacious & very well appointed. Full ensuite bathrooms two twin beds a sitting area, tvs with full YOUTUBE, HULU etc functions & nice & quiet. Location wise we walked over a bridge & were in the thick of it so to speak. There is plenty to do in Niigata. Niigata is under valued guess as it rains a great deal however, we have been here a few times now & as a town there is a great deal of potential here.

“A comfortable stay - will come back if visit Niigata again”
Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and well equipped. Location is good, in between Niigata station and Furumachi, both within walking area. The hotel is not located at the main roads, thus the surrounding was clam and quite.
