“Good location, room size and staff. A real aircon system needs to be installed.”
The location of the hotel is good, 10 minutes walk to JR Niigata station. The room and bathroom were a good size for a Japanese business hotel. There was a good size desk and office chair, so I could use my laptop comfortably. There is a laundry with machines that you can use for free. You need your own detergent or you can buy sachets for 80 Yen from the front desk.

“My favorite place to stay in Niigata.”
It is more spacious than other hotel rooms I have been in Japan. I always come back here when I visit Niigata.

“Glorious!”
It was very spacious in Japanese standards, I really appreciate how I can both work and sleep well in my room.Plus, the location is just 5 minutes away which is the big bonus!

“I really enjoyed staying here. Quiet and very nice breakfast.”
The room interiors were very old fashioned but it was ok. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the station, restaurants and even the river side was in walkable distance. The breakfast buffet was really good. First, I thought everyday the same options will be boring, it was mainly japanese style. But everyday, there were new dishes to try! I really enjoyed the juices, salat bar and fresh fruits! There were also washing machines and dryers free to use (you can buy detergent for $80 at the reception). All staff was super friendly.

Location , 3 mins walk from Stations for JR trains, buses, and taxis. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. Room is spacious.

Very conveniently located to the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Place was super clean and provided toiletries. Breakfast was DELICIOUS - full spread. Will stay here again in a few days on our return. Good value for money.
