“An very well run hotel with outstanding views”
I loved staying here. The room was Very clean comfortable and well appointed and the view was fantastic. All the staff; housekeeping, restaurant and guest services, were very attentive and professional and the breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from.

“Enjoyable stay”
The staff were super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to find us a restaurant and even made reservations on our behalf. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are spacious. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western dishes. I particularly loved the Niigata rice.

“CONVENIENT FOR SADO FERRY - BUT DONT BANK ON GETTING A MEAL”
Lovely large room (we booked a double with large twin beds) with views over the harbour. Very clean Modern decor Very comfortable beds; nice quality linens. Ideal location (~12 min covered walk) for Sado Ferry terminal. Great breakfast Mostly very nice, helpful staff.

“Good hotel especially if you plan to go to Sado island”
It’s good for riverside view and convenient to go to Sado island cause the pier is nearby. The semi double room with riverside view was good and big enough to keep 2 big luggage. Especially impressed by they remember we need two luggage racks when we come back to stay again with them.
