Easy check in. Right next to Niigata station. Decent sized room. Quiet. Decent beds. Fine for a night after a long train trip. It's in the "nightlife" area of Niigata (if that's your thing).

The bed is large, there is a smart tv to watch shows, and the table is big enough to put things. The lobby has comfortable sofa, and staffs are attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is very near to the station, 5 minutes to walk to the station.

“Would stay again”
Nice clean hotel near the station. Spacious for japan, and the staff were very friendly. I also appreciated the smart tv in the evenings, just press Netflix in the remote then scan the QR code to sign in using your phone. So much easier than trying to set up my chromecast with hotel WiFi (usually doesn’t work)

The onsen was fantastic and the best pillows I've had so far in Japan. Heating is a bit noisy but a good sound to drift off to.

“Seafood, saki, shopping”
Loved this hotel. The onsen was beautifully set up with all amenities provided... creams, shampoo and hairdryer included. The buffet breakfast was fun and generous, and the location couldn’t be easier, right near the train station with plenty of great places to eat. Beautiful port town with fresh seafood, saki, and shopping nearby
