“A solid choice for Niigata and also good choice for Nagaoka Firework Festival”
This is a local residential house accomodation and you can get a touch of traditional Japanese housing and living style. Wifi provided is good. Air conditioner works well (good news when you stay in summer). The location is good, easy connecting to Niigata train station via bus. And it is within walking distance to reach many local restaurants.

Nice guest house, super cheap, location is not too far from both the city and the ocean, like 15 min walk for each.
