The staff were great and accommodating even though they don't know much english. The room was very clean and everything you need is there.

“Strategic location, clean room - ideal for a short stay!”
Strategic location: Just a few minutes away from Niigata Station and many eateries. Clean and fully-equipped: The double room was clean and all essentials (WiFi, pyjamas, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, etc.) were provided.

“Wonderful”
Room was really nice, cozy, and clean. Within walking distance of the station, but also ramen shop "Tousenya" I fell in love with. A selection of movies was available for free on the TV. Though the selection was pretty horrible, they did have Across the Spider-Verse.

“Great location, tiny rooms.”
Close to the station. Nice and comfortable beds. The bath was nice and warm too. Lots of places to eat at nearby.

Great location. Short walk to station and close to a number of nice restaurants. Definitely a tight fight especially if you have a lot of luggage (E.g a snow board bag) but that is expected for APA in Japan. Everything in the room is very convenient and makes any short stay easier. S

“It was pleasant.”
It’s really close to Niigata station. The staff is friendly and kind. My room was really clean.
