“Excellent facilities, great location for Ebisu Circuit, friendly staff, but the beds are very hard.”
Location was great for Ebisu Circuit, staff was very friendly, room was spacious, plenty of parking and the restaurant has good food for dinner and breakfast.

“Staff that help you no matter what”
The public bath and the staff!! We had an issue with another hotel via booking.com in Kyoto and the staff here were amazing at helping us! The lady at the front desk was so polite and helpful, we even had a giggle at a few of the inconveniences. She gave me a lucky charm of Fukushima for my Journey ahead. Thank you so much.

“Great staff, clean accomodation, convenient location to Ebisu Circuit.”
Great location for those visiting Ebisu Circuit. I was there for 3 weeks initially then decided to extend another week. The staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay and helped to make sure I was able to keep the same room for the extended period. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. It was nice they don't serve exactly the same food every day, there's some variety added in each day. The coin laundry was very useful, every time I went to do the washing there was at least one machine available - could have just been luck but they had 4 machines in the standard laundry room then I believe extra women-only machines in the changing room for onsen. I really like the eco-cleaning plan they have, where you can choose eco-cleaning and they gift you free drink tokens.

Other thing i disliked is the beds are very firm but once you lie down for about 20 minutes they become quite comfy

We go on budget with 1 room/2ppl 1 big bed: Nice room, clean and cozy. We slept very well, fine breakfast. All amenities in room. Clean bathroom. AC work very fine. Good even for a bit longer stay or short Ebisu-fan weekend breakout (15min to Zoo/Ebisu). Shops nearby. Restaurant on place. Comfy place :) Will be back for sure in few months.

“We stayed here for the Grand Prix at Elbusu Circuit. Nice visit”
The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for- my son left his phone in the taxi and they rang the company for me and delivered it to the bus stop we were at! Nice morning breakfast:)
