“Great first stay in Nieuwpoort”
Clear indications from the host, we did not have to exchange with the host. The comments left by other people were also handy, we found a place to park (worst case scenario, you park at the colryut for 10min) to get the key from the safe and then head to the back street to park our car in the underground parking. The parking door doesn't have any indication, but the key will only work if you are at the right place so, no problem. We were having 1 person with a wheelchair, and we can confirm that it was easy with it! The location is great, it's easy to reach the canal and get an about 2km walk to the beach. We arrived; the place was clean. Some comments are mentioning issues with the shower, but we didn't really face it. Once you orientate the shower head properly, you should not have many issues with the water. We also got fairly lucky with the weather considering the period of the year. Overall, happy without our stay!

“Wonderful second stay.”
This was our second stay in Villa Moya and won’t be the last. It’s a great apartment, perfectly equipped, warm and comfortable. Slight issue with the Wi-Fi but it was rectified immediately so no complaint. The area is lovely and it’s a perfect location for day trips and visits; especially if using the coastal tram.
