“Lovely little place”
Lovely place. Great outdoor yard with lovely flowers. Comfy bed, nice coffee, nicely decorated. Free parking outside on the road as long as you park in the correct bays.

“Beautiful setting within easy access to local cafes.”
The location was great and an easy walk from the tram station. The garden was beautiful to sit in on the wrought iron garden setting.

“Excellent location for the local restaurants and a short hop back to calias heading back to England”
Modern, clean tidy and we could park our motorbike off the street. Very quiet at night but secure. Breakfast was good and breads/pasties fresh

“A wonderful place to stay”
We were blown away by the standard and quality of this spacious studio. It was very well fitted out - even to milks and water in the fridge, and pods for the coffee machine. Everything was in excellent 'as new' condition. Being on a very pleasant courtyard it was off the street and beautifully quiet. There's a Carrefour within easy walking distance. Easy access on cycle routes from Ypres and towards Ostend
