“A taste of Sicily on the Belgian coast”
The friendliness of the owners, Federica and Gioele. Superb food, wine and service. It was top quality and Gioele, who is the chef, did a special fish dish for me instead of the meat dish on the menu. Great location. Relaxing atmosphere of the restaurant, great background music. It felt like I was in Sicily, even the weather was sunny!

“Italian place but not Italian hospitality :-(”
We said we didn't want to use a kettler which showed signs of burning. Instead of taking the feedback, the owner tried to push us to use it nevertheless. I found her attitude rude. She even informed us that we could leave the place if we wanted to. Really? In the late afternoon after having paid a very expensive bill and all for a kettler we didn't want to use? Why don't you consider instead investing 10 euro for a new one and treat your guests with greatest care?

“Good place to discover Nieuwpoort”
A good place to stay in Nieuwpoort. Not close to the beach but close to the tram (which will take you everywhere), shops, restaurants, nature & culture. The room was comfortable and it's always nice to get some fresh water in the fridge (and it's great to have a fridge too of course). One of the best things is that this is also an Italian restaurant with real Italian food (it isn't cheap but if you want to eat great Italian food outside of Italy this is definitely one of the best places to go).

We didn't have breakfast because we only wanted a light breakfast., but the location was perfect for going out in the morning and finding an excellent place nearby for coffee and a croissant.

“The hotel is kinda basic but it was a comfy bed and good shower so really that is all you need”
Value for money was poor and it was limited. Location couldn't be better for getting about, catching the tram etc

The location was great, street paking was free after 6pm. The room was okay but the towels and the linen could be better. The breakfast at additional cost was excellent.

“Ok when we finally got into the room”
There was no one to meet us when we arrived. Door to a scruffy entrance hall was open but there was no one there. Tried to phone but it rang to an answering message. Sat on the stairs for 45 minutes when a chef came down the stairs but didn't know about the 'hotel' side. He rang someone and got us a key to a very nice room. never saw anybody before leaving next morning. Not a good way to run accommodation. It was advertised as a B and B but there was no sign of breakfast

“Comfortable, friendly and very high quality all round”
A small boutique hotel, beautifully decorated and maintained and run by Claudio and his wife who were both delightful. Very well located for the seafront and the town centre
