Overview
With an outdoor pool and scenic mountain views, Hotel Simmerlwirt enjoys a central location in Niederau, 200 metres from the Niederau Markbachjoch gondola lift in the Ski Juwel ski area. The wellness area includes a sauna, a steam bath and an infrared cabin. You can find 2 restaurants on site serving local and international cuisine. Buffet breakfast as well as a 3-course dinner can be enjoyed inside or on the sun terrace. The spacious rooms with a balcony offer views of the surrounding Alpine landscape. All rooms are fitted with a private bathroom and satellite TV. An elevator provides easy access to all floors. Hotel guests receive the Wildschönau Card free of charge. This card comprises many benefits in winter and summer, such as admission to local museums, guided hikes, use of the cable cars in summer, access to the public swimming pool in summer and much more.

“Great family friendly hotel”
What left us impressed: Staff, hospitality, cuisine, swimming pool. The hotel is kids super friendly, which makes it amazing place for families. The owners and staff are very friendly and always helpful. We felt like when visiting friends. If you need or want something, just don´t hesitate to ask. The cuisine worths 12 points if 10 is maximum. Breakfasts buffet is rich, and we always found something, that made us happy. You order your dinner during breakfast, mostly local Tirolean dishes. All of them are rich and tasty. Of course, if you eat hamburgers and pizza only, this is probably not exactly what you are looking for. The HEATED swimming pool is located outdoors, with indoor entrance. Great place for relaxation, and just spending good lazy time.

Very relaxing stay in a friendly classic Austrian village hotel: good service, half board good value and tasty food. Complimentary bus and gondola journeys offset the tourist taxes and added value to our stay. Fantastic views and ambience. Recommended!

It’s traditional and close to chairlift and ski bus stop. Very nice and friendly hotel
