The Tyrolean-style Haus Seiwald is located in Niederau, 300 metres from the Markbachjoch Cable Car. With a view of the Kitzbühel Alps, this traditional guest house for self-catering features a garden, a terrace, and ski-to-door access. Haus Seiwald offers rooms and apartments with a balcony and panoramic mountain views. Rooms and apartments are decorated with wooden furnishings and feature a private bathroom with shower and a TV. Ski storage facilities are also available. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and the free ski bus to Auffach stops 200 metres away. The Schatzbergbahn Ski Area can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Canyoning, rafting, Nordic walking and parachuting can be arranged in the Wildschönau Valley. Guests receive the Wildschönau Card free of charge. This card comprises many benefits in winter and summer, such as admission to local museums, guided hikes, use of the cable cars, access to the public swimming pool in summer and much more.

“Great value for money. Perfect location.”
Great value for money. Location is great: 2-3 minutes walk from the heart of the village with gondola lift, restaurants, bus stop, ski rental services, etc. There is also a room for storing skis and boots. Friendly and helpful host. Parking place. Clean and warm. Supermarket is nearby. In studio apartments there is a wall (not up to the ceiling) with the door between kitchen and sleeping area, so it's essentially a single bedroom apartments, which is nice if you're staying not alone.

Location was 100m from the gondola, the apartment was perfect and had everything you could possibly need and on new years eve there was a bottle of bubbly left qt our door.......perfect host

Great location, we found a route where we could literally ski right back to the door. Huge family room, which was actually 2 rooms.

“Cosy and quiet stay”
Good location to town center and shops. The host was great and gave us some info about upcoming events in the town. The apartment was decent in size but the balcony that was on two sides of the house was great! Good to just relax and watch the sunsets while having a drink or two :). Clean and quiet apartment.
