The location with car is fine, quiet and have a super market nearby and a restaurant in walking distance with very good price (I am from NL). Everywhere is very clean, and also quite newly renovated. A whole family with this price is very good. (visited during end of April). Nice garden. Lot's of parking. Nice mini bar. Walking distance to a stargazing spot. Quiet room, nicely design anything you need are there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was great and we sat outside to eat. There was a nice, homely feel. 😊 The great location meant it was only a 15 min drive to Rurberg for a hike and a 20 min drive to the pretty town of Monschau.

Room comfortable with all amenities. Great view on the Eifel National Park forests and lakes. Nice garden. Secure storage for bikes with power supply for recharging batteries. Good breakfast. Staff very friendly and always ready to satisfy customers requests.

“Amazing view”

Clean, fairly modern hotel. Has a cosy garden. Breakfast is quite typical for a hotel, but has a little more variety of fresh berries and fruits. Polite staff, helped to reschedule the check in time when we had a problem with transport on the way to the hotel. Clean (cleanest carpet we've ever seen in a hotel), tidy room with a really impressive view from the balcony.

The view was great. You can start a hike right in front of the facility.

It was very clean and you felt right at home, very friendly staff and the facilities where all just perfect. It looks a bit stale from outside but once you enter the room you can see its very good.

Nice rooms with beautiful views! In a quiet town, close to the Rursee. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful when we had questions.

Everything about this place is just right. Well presented, well organised, everything works perfctly. Super breakfast with a wide variety, some home-made, of foods, with never a piece of plastic packaging in sight. Unfailingly courteous and helpful people who run it.

Great Breakfast. The view is stunning. Very very clean hotel. Nice staff, personal but not too personal. They brought an extra pillow to the room once they saw we needed it.

Really nice breakfast, very friendly and personable staff, tasty dinners. Spotless rooms. There's a shop and a bakery in the village nearby, and some nice walking trails.

Lovely breakfast with lots of choice of meat, cheese,fruit etc..Very good coffee. Lovely quiet room with beautiful view. Hard bed but we slept soundly. Delicious evening meals Very friendly and helpful owners.

Lovely room in a very pleasant hotel. The view was stunning from the balcony. The restaurant was also very good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating when asking for freezer packs to be frozen overnight.

Position and relaxing environment. Nice breakfast and parking in place. Room was clean and well equipped. Staff kind and helpful.

“As good as it gets.”

This hotel is about as good as it gets! Set up high in the National Park it has stunning views. Our room on the first floor had a balcony where we could sit and admire the spectacular vista. As if that wasn't enough, our room was excellent and so comfortable. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The owners go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was perfect with a huge selection, enough to satisfy anybody. At breakfast you pre-order dinner so you know that everything is cooked from fresh produce. Our evening meals were fantastic! Small but good selection of wines and beers. Wifi connection was perfect and EV charging is available in the very large car park. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel - we will return.

The breakfast was fantastic, all the self-made stuff we got served and the staff was kind all the time of our stay. The location is perfect if you go by car, prepare yourself for full or half day trips if you leave the hotel. We had a wonderful time and were lucky with the weather.
