“Great macro (but no so great micro) location”
Starting with the positive aspects: the location is great, it is literally right next to the venetian city wall. The host was also very nice, he gave us extra towels. Although the block is a little bit scrappy, it's definitely not the elite part of the city. The stairway is also quite old and there was a shady and smelly kitchen at the end of the hallway (the hostel has some permanent tenants I guess, possibly from the thirld world). The room was spacious enough and the balcony was also really nice, however the bathroom is as tight as it can be, plus hot water was not available late at night.

The location is superb, it is in the middle of everything and you can walk everywhere within couple of minutes. Nice balcony to have ⁹breakfast. The host is really nice and very helpful.

The wi-fi connection and the hot water were great.Also the fact that it was near to the city centre and i could go everywhere by foot.It did not have local Tv channels on ,which was kind of abummer but everything else was great.
