The location of the accommodation and its neighborhood are very nice, accessible, close to everything and close to the center and to the modern part of the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The apartment is wide, clean and has everything you need for long stays. The breakfast is okay, could be enhanced in terms of display, variety, taste and presentation.

My colleague and I stayed here during a business trip, and it honestly exceeded all expectations. I’m used to very chic hotels, but this was easily one of the best I’ve experienced. The design is elegant and comfortable, the location is perfect in the city center, and everything felt seamless. Ilias and his team was exceptional! Always replying quickly on whatsapp, and making our stay effortless. It’s the kind of place that makes others jealous when you tell them where you stayed!

Have stayed previously in Urban Habit and were pleased to find on our return visit that the exceptional quality, cleanliness & facilities have been maintained to the high standard experienced previously. We booked room only but excellent coffee and breakfast menu are available at the Coffee Shop located underneath the Suites. The area surrounding is safe and has many designer shops and restaurants in an easily walked distance. The Owners are very efficient and we obtained confirmation, entry codes within 24hrs of our booking. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful when approached and rooms were serviced daily.

“Wonderful service, cleanliness and facilities of the room definitely justify the price”

I stayed at this hotel for one night and was pleasantly surprised both by the quality of the rooms and the high level of service. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including slippers, a dental kit, and even hair conditioner, which has become quite rare these days. There was also complimentary water, a coffee machine, a kettle, tea, and coffee provided in the room. It was stated that breakfast starts only at 8 AM, but since we had to leave exactly at 8, the hotel kindly accommodated our request and arranged for breakfast to be delivered directly to our room earlier. The breakfast was delicious and arrived hot, which we truly appreciated. Whenever we had any questions, the staff responded very quickly and were always helpful. Everything was handled at the highest level.

It’s in a convenient location for everything, right in the heart of the shopping district, close to the historic centre, and next to nice restaurants and cafes. The stay was high-quality, and the apartment (we stayed in a two-room unit) was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. There were thoughtful details, such as outlets for all devices, toiletries, cleaning supplies, coffee and tea, and bottles of water, along with easy access to the accommodation. Communication with the accommodation and staff was immediate and excellent; the receipt was sent promptly. It deserves a 9.5/10! Thank you, Urban—we’ll return for sure!
