We stayed in the Fantasia apartment which is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator to access the apartment. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including Netflix on the smart TV. It was in a very good location within an easy walking distance from the Ledra St border crossing checkpoint and the Cyprus Museum which is definitely worth a visit. There is parking at the back of the hotel and good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a tasty healthy lunch at the Elysian restaurant over the road and a nice dinner at TGIF next door. We would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nicosia.

The appartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. Looks nice and also a very safe place. I like the location also, very convenient: close to the bus station (ca. 4 min. walk), the old city walls (ca. 4 min. walk) and a modern shopping street (ca. 5 min. walk). I stayed here four nights. A real 'home'.

A cosy and complete appartment at a great location at walking distance of Old Centre. Comfortable living room and kitchen. Good beds and everything was clean. The hostes and caretaker Fotini made us feel very welcome. Its a small detail, but it was great that Netflix was included, after we came in late from a rainy day just to relax with a wine and watch a series.

I can only say Excellent. The hospitality, the messages about open questions, the process before and after the stay, the apartment itself and the parking option. Very safe. The apartment is only 500m walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the Ledra checkpoint. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. A small supermarket within sight. The apartment itself is very clean, lovingly furnished and has everything you need for your stay. For many years, when we have traveled all over the world, this is one of our top 10. I can only say thank you for everything. Definitely recommended.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very well equipped, spacious and an excellent location with only a 5 minute walk to Eleftheria Square. The host sent detailed instructions on how to get there and enter the property. The car park was definitely a bonus and we were supplied with a card to access the car park. At the end of our stay the concierge, Mrs Fotini, was very helpful.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and in a great location; just a 5 minute walk from the old city. There is free private parking in the patio behind the building. The host is very responsive and helpful. Easy check-in. Good WiFi connection.

The host was very responsive and friendly. We got a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. Everything was clean and new. Walking distance to the city centre. Free parking right in front of the door. We were allowed to leave the car on the car park for an extra two hours after check-out. Would highly recommend!

Pavlina was always very attentive and helpful and so was Fotini. We stayed one week there and we felt like at home. The apartment is fully equipped and beautifully refurbished with a very good taste, and with everything you might need. Even, Netflix. Close to both the modern centre and the historic old part of Nicosia. I'd repeat if I ever come to the capital of Cyprus. Thanks for everything!!😊
