This renovated townhouse has kept the charm and beauty from old days. Well protected by high yellow walls it is offering a tranquil patio with a lot of greenery including a lemon tree. The decoration in the studio I rented was just astonishing. High ceiling with beams. Old fashion furniture and lovely small details put you back a century in time. The hosts are very nice and welcomes you as a dear friend. The area is very calm and quiet.

The studio is beautifully furnished. The patio/garden was very tranquil and I loved sitting there to read my book. The owner allowed me to check in early, which I very much appreciated. The location is excellent.

Paolo was very welcoming and helpful. the rooms were cosy and homey so you felt good to be there. very well located and a 10 minute walk from Ledra Street . 2 tavernas literally a one minute walk from the studio (it's more like a small house) for anyone who's tired or arrives late and doesn't want to go far. all in all a great stay

It was an amazing experience to stay at this lovingly restored little town house,like stepping back into the 1920s, a real privilege. The area is a joy to explore !

Very good place in the heart of Nicosia. The Italian owner is awesome, and if needed he shares suggestions and ideas on what to do or see. Very interesting place. Old house with a complete renovation and you can see it. All was very very good

“Staying in an old beautiful house.”

It is like staying in an old family home. My studio had everything I needed. It was an experience. In a quiet neighborhood and 10 to 15 minutes walk to border crossing area.

Gorgeous studio and courtyard in a terrific location, with a very kind and welcoming host - all the finishing touches including delicious homemade limoncello in the fridge. Free, nearby parking and lots of great cafes/restaurants close by.

The host, Paolo, is a great guy. He makes sure I feel at home throughout my stay. He even gave me a ride to the airport shuttle bus terminal. Probably the best hospitality I’ve experienced in my international travel experience so far.
